To request a tour click the link below -ALL TOURS ARE NO SNOW TOURS UNTIL WE HAVE SNOW! PLEASE - honor that the hotel cannot make reservations or answer questions about dog sledding. We ask that you do not call their reservation number to try to get information or do make a reservation.
If the only option is a Shawnee Hotel guest - please provide your confirmation number in order to make your reservation. We cannot confirm you if you do not include the confirmation number.
All guests must be over the age of *8* to be permitted around the huskies or on the equipment.
We operate on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM December 21, 2019 until March 8, 2020
Paws on the calendar mean we are sold out or not operating.
Once you complete the form you will receive a copy of your request via email.
Within a (3) days you will receive an invoice from Arctic Paws and E Walker to pay your $15 per guest booking fee.
The invoice is your confirmation and includes your arrival and tour time. You need to view the invoice to see the confirmation. A lap top works more effectively than a cell phone to see the invoice.
If the PayPal invoice isn’t paid in 24 hours we will remind you once and then the tour request is canceled. As a courtesy to those who pay on time and those waiting to request a tour when we are sold out. (thank you!)
The $15 per guest booking fee is not refunded.

Cancellations must be received by 5:00 PM Wednesday prior to your tour in writing to dogsledtour@yahoo.com
NO SNOW tours are confirmed until we have 6" of snow.
NO SNOW tours are automatically converted to snow tours when we have enough snow on the trail.
