Payment & Confirmation
You’ll receive a PayPal invoice within 3 days for:
$100 non-refundable booking fee
$150 deposit (applied to your tour at check-in)
Payment is due when received
Your tour is officially confirmed once:
the PayPal invoice is paid and
the waiver is signed
Day of the Tour
Remaining balance is cash only
Please bring the exact amount

Cancellation & Changes
Cancellations must be made at least 10 days before your tour
If you cancel later, the $150 deposit is forfeited
Any date or time changes = $25 rescheduling fee
Weather & Snow (Important!)
Snow in the Poconos is unpredictable
All tours are NO-SNOW tours until there is at least 6" to 12" of snow and the Hotel has given the huskies permission to use the sleds on the property.
During NO-SNOW tours, we use UTVs with the huskies
Snow sled tours automatically begin when conditions allow 👉 Either way, it’s an amazing experience
