All tours are no-snow until we have a blizzard and permission from the hotel to use the sleds.
Tour Pricing for Shawnee Hotel Guests
Guests staying overnight at the Shawnee Inn & Golf Resort are eligible for a $50 discount on the total tour price. A valid hotel confirmation number is required to receive this discount.
Shawnee Hotel Guests Payment Breakdown To secure and confirm your tour reservation, both the reservation fee and deposit must be paid in advance. You will receive a PayPal invoice via email for these payments. Total Cost:$400 This total includes the hotel guest discount. Here is the tour pricing breakdown:
Reservation Fee: $100
This is a non-refundable fee charged to make and hold your reservation.
It is not applied to the tour cost.
Tour Deposit: $150
This deposit is refunded only if canceled at least 10 days before the scheduled tour.
There are no exceptions to this policy.
Final Payment: $150
Due in cash only on the day of the tour.

Pricing for Non-Hotel Guests
Guests who are not staying overnight at the Shawnee Inn & Golf Resort are welcome to book our tours. Please review the payment details below carefully, as reservations are only confirmed once both the reservation fee and tour deposit have been paid.

Reservation Fee: $100
This fee is non-refundable and not applied to the tour cost.
It is required to make and hold your reservation.
Tour Deposit: $150
This deposit is refundable only if the tour is canceled at least 10 days in advance.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
Final Payment: $200
Must be paid in cash only at the time of the tour.

Each tour accommodates 1–6 guests.
For groups larger than 6, you must book multiple tours — we will schedule them back-to-back, based on availability.
Each guest must complete and sign a liability waiver prior to their tour.
All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, relative, or legal guardian.
Cancellation Policy
Tours must be canceled at least 10 days prior to your scheduled date.

No exceptions will be made to this policy.
If Arctic Paws cancels the tour (due to weather or other unforeseen conditions), you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel within 10 days of your tour, you forfeit your deposit — no exceptions.
By agreeing to the terms and conditions on the reservation form and signing the credit card authorization, you acknowledge and accept that the deposit is non-refundable.
