Pricing is per tourwhether you are joining the tour with 1 or 6 guests. The reason the tour maximum is 6 is because our equipment can only support 6 people at at time. For more than 6 you need to book 2 tours. All guests must be 10 and older and joined on the tour with a parent or guardian.
All tours are no-snow until we have a blizzard and permission from the hotel to use the sleds. Typically it does not snow in the Pocono Mountains until late January into February.
Shawnee Hotel Guests
Shawnee overnight guests with a confirmation number receive a $50.00 discount for the tour.
There is a $75 fee to make the reservation. It is not refundable. The fee and deposit must be paid before the reservation is confirmed. Reservations will send you a PayPal invoice via email for the reservation fee and deposit. PayPal invoice must be paid upon receipt. If the PayPal is not paid upon receipt the reservation is not confirmed. and the request is canceled The PayPal invoice is your confirmation for the tour.

More than (6) tour guests Each tour accommodates (1-6) guests. Our equipment can only fit 6 people. It's that simple. If you have more than (6) guests you will need to book the number of tours to accommodate the number of guests. We will confirm the tours back-to-back. Each guest is responsible individually for their liability by signing our waiver in advance of their tour. We require all guests under the age of 18 be accompanied by their parents, a relative or legal guardian.
Payment is via PayPal We use PayPal Invoicing for the $75 no refund booking fee and to collect your $100 deposit. You choose your form of payment. You do not need PayPal to make the payment. We send you a PayPal invoice via email from Arctic Paws Dog Sled Tours and E Walker. You are not confirmed until the invoice is paid. The invoice is your ticket/confirmation for the tour.
Cash Only Balance at the time of the tour Your final payment is cash only at the time of the tour (see above and review your invoice) We do not accept credit cards Please prepare and come with your cash balance
Cancelations
Tours must be canceled 10 days before the tour date by sending a copy of your reservation email with your cancelation notification by email to [email protected] There are no exceptions to this policy. If we cancel the tours we refund in full.
If you do not cancel 10 days before the tour you forfeit the $100 deposit. The $75 booking fee is NEVER refunded. That is the cost for booking the reservation and confirming the tour.
When you agree to the terms and conditions on our reservation request form and make the payment on PayPal you acknowledge the $100 deposit will not be refunded. .Read all the information carefully to know in advance that you agree to the $75 booking fee and the $100 deposit.
