How to change or cancel a tour

Cancel policy

48 hours in advance in writing (email)
72 hours in advance in writing (email) for any holiday (December 17 2011- January 1, 2012 * January 13-16, 2012 * February 17-26,2012)
If you do not cancel and no-show Arctic Paws will charge your credit card (just like a hotel no-show) fee on your credit card

How to cancel your reservation:

You must cancel in writing by email to arcticpawssdogsledtours@yahoo.com
Forward your original confirmation email with info to cancel.
If you wish to rebook for another date simply send your confirmation email to arcticpawsdogsledtours@yahoo.com with the new date.
We will rebook and send a new confirmation.

Arctic Paws Cancels for NO SNOW

We need at least 4-6" of fresh snow to run on the dog sled trails
When there isn't enough snow we do our best to cancel at least 24 hours prior
We cancel by email, calling you and posting on the web site
Watch the weather to have an idea if we have snow or not

Rebooking when we have no snow

Provide your new dates and times

We will send you a new confirmation

Multiple reservation requests

We are delighted that folks would like to some and sled with us multiple times
If you make more than one tour reservation we requre a $50 per tour confirmation non-refundable deposit (through PayPal)
